I bought this with the winch and so far so good. Admittedly I haven't towed my light trailer with it yet because I haven't set the correct torque on the ball hitch yet (the outlet is on the way) but I'm pretty sure it will work with no problems. The only downside is that it wobbles a lot, but there's nothing the anti-rattle touchplate can't fix. I highly recommend this product.
