Amateur transitional skater. They're light and cool and offer moderate wrist protection: if you fall or are afraid of hitting your hands hard or driving fast and high, you probably need heavier protection. I love their minimalist, open design and I can wear a watch with them. Another review mentioned the problem with the rivets and I agree: there are two rivets holding the plastic panel to the fabric and they wear out quickly with a few drops, especially the last one. Time will tell if the head wears out and falls apart; This design needs an overhaul, can the rivet be drowned in plastic or moved a bit?
