I bought them about 10 months ago. The first set was defective upon arrival; didn't work at all. It was made by Revain and they sent a replacement. I hung them in my living room - they are beautiful *if you are very careful not to bend the wires too much* when wrapping or fastening them. Wires are very easy to break and then not work. But I knew that from previous experience, so I was very careful. They were fine for several months and turned on for about an hour a couple of times a week. I didn't turn them on for a few months as summer came around, but when I plugged them back in last month, nothing. Didn't shine. There is nothing wrong with the plug. Nothing happened to the cables. Just dead. The description says one year warranty so I tried to contact the seller. The link leads to the execution of Revain. Revain told me to contact the seller and gave me a link back to Revain's execution. They had no contact details of the seller. Revain customer service says the return window closed months ago and they don't know about the warranty and will not honor it. The lights are good but they are very fragile and may not work and if they stop working after the first two weeks do not expect Revain or the seller to make any warranties for defective products.
