Stops working after 10 months. Revain is not responsible for this and has no contact details for the manufacturer. I can't find a way to contact them. It was good when it worked. You have suggested many fixes, some of which are unrelated to this item. The rest doesn't work. He suggested changing the charging contacts. How should I do it if they are embedded? I've asked for a replacement or refund but so far I've only been put off. You want photos. What is good about photos. There's nothing to break about that. Extremely disappointed. I finally received an email that the product was being replaced. If I get a replacement and it works, I will change my rating.
