This is the one you want.
You don't have to put the cheese in the freezer for a few minutes before using it. The surface keeps what it promises - easy sanding without resistance or adhesions. Edge design and silicone coating make it durable and non-slip on any chopping board or container rim. I never thought I could be so impressed with a hand grater! Of course you have to be careful when brushing - I use an Oxo Good Grips dishwashing brush.
