I cut a lot to make cards. I thought this would be a nice change from the Big Shot that's always on. I considered getting the JR size or the large Gemini but settled on the JR hoping it would be quicker/easier than loading a few stamps each time. The machine works fine but slower than manual (I think). The cymbals deform instantly, so I have to keep rotating the cymbals. It has good torque so the punches cut cleanly. I use another ton of tape to hold the stamps in place. Even with the magnetic block, the stamps slide everywhere. I also don't put any magnetic spacers, standoffs or anything else between the dies and plates - no matter what the instructions say. I ordered a set of new license plates when I ordered the car. Good thing I did because the cymbals break pretty easily. Overall, it's nice to be able to do a lot of punching without straining my elbows, but I have to turn up the volume on the TV because this machine is loud.
