A Disappointing Trip to the Store in GBYAN

Although GBYAN promotes itself as "more than just a retailer of home and kitchen necessities," my interactions with the company have left me feeling otherwise. Although they claim to be dedicated to helping customers, the goods I ordered did not help me live the life I had hoped for. Although I had no trouble placing an order on their user-friendly website, I did encounter problems when I contacted customer support. Their return policy was also unclear and unhelpful to me as a client. There is some doubt about the quality of the products offered by GBYAN, despite the fact that they have a broad selection for improving one's culinary abilities. The cheap kitchenware I bought broke easily and didn't last long. The tools and extras were also poorly constructed, so they broke after a couple of uses at most. As a whole, GBYAN is not somewhere I would go to for good cooking and cleaning supplies. Their desire to see their customers happy is admirable, but they fall short in the quality of their goods and service.

Pros
  • dedication to providing customers with goods and services that help them live happy, fulfilling lives.
Cons
  • Pricey in comparison to similar establishments.
