So these really work, if you are trying to loose weight the are a wonderful product. If you are using them for meal replacement you may get sick of the flavor due to monotony, I only order the chocolate myself. I use crystal lite to flavor the water, which flavor really doesn’t matter. It does the trick, putting excitement into the shake! By the way I have lost over 25 lbs drinking this shake! Good Luck
