Sturdy material, 2 D-ring styles (red and black), decent packaging and good design. I think it depends on the bolt lock hole on the hitch receiver, but mine is a little far back so this hitch goes in a little deeper. This resulted in the only way I could install the clutch tensioner (see photos) so that its edge pushes the D-ring out a bit so it doesn't appear like it's being pulled off by gravity. I think it's minor as it doesn't interfere with how it's used anyway. I think it's a decent product
