Adequate for the price but flimsy and the guides stick when closed. First Review - I was very disappointed when this toolbox arrived and I unboxed it. Advertised as "Heavy Duty Steel" it is not heavy duty at all. The drawers are made from 0.025 inch (0.65mm) thick sheet metal (measured with paint applied, so it's actually a little thinner), and the main drawer isn't much thicker either, if at all. The box wasn't damaged, but the bottom of the toolbox was so warped and dented that the bottom drawer wouldn't open until I straightened it. This indicates that the inner packing box, even with the foam end caps, is not enough to prevent shipping damage and that this tool case was already damaged when packed in the second packing box. absolutely wrong. Drawer slides are the cheapest drawers and the drawers barely worked until I removed them from the slides and lubricated liberally with Lubriplate #130-AA. The description also says "central locking for secure closure", which in turn is not correct. The tool box is supplied with two side latches and has provision for a small padlock. Finally, it claims to come with "non-slip drawer liners," which is another false claim as it comes with no accessories. The only thing I found true about the description was that it really is "turquoise" and really looks like powder paint, not sprayed on paint. Each drawer measures 15 ¾" x 8 ¼" x 1 ¾" (400mm x 210mm x 44.5mm) and the top shelf measures approximately 18" x 9" x 4" (457mm x 229 mm x 101 mm) with the lid closed. , the box is approximately 18 inches wide, 9½ inches deep and 8½ inches high (457mm x 241mm x 216mm) and approximately 9¼ inches (235mm) high including the height of the top handle when folded ) . There is an internal mechanism that locks the drawers in the back when you lower the lid. Once loaded, crates sometimes jam a little if you don't dead center them. This is due to the gluing of cheap guide boxes. This probably wouldn't have happened if there were the advertised "ball bearing" guides. In my opinion, this tool set is hardly suitable. The metal is thin and bends very easily (I completely straightened the curved bottom drawer rail with my hand and thumb), the drawers pull out awkwardly and there are no inlays as advertised. Using it for very light items like a bulky sewing kit, miniature pattern making tools, or calligraphy kits would work appropriately but not gracefully. My main objection is the misleading description as it is neither "heavy duty" nor "ball bearing" and in its current form will stand up to the rigors of shipping.
