Review on Delta Children 2-in-1 Changing Table and Storage Unit: Ultimate Convenience and Style in Grey by Scott Koeck

Good changing table but missing parts is a big problem

This would have been a good changing table but the quality control seemed very poor when our case was boxed. We had too many of a few items and not enough of a few others. We were able to find enough parts at home for everything to work, except for a seat belt (to keep the child from falling off the table) which was also missing from the box. I tried calling Delta's customer service number. While they give you a number to call, once you get far enough up the phone tree you'll find that they don't really address the missing parts of the phone. Their online system requires you to find out the exact part number you are missing, which is quite a cumbersome process. It's clear that Delta doesn't want you to bother them if they don't pack the box properly. I don't understand this approach to customer service (especially when it's not the customer's fault), but it certainly doesn't make me want to buy from Delta again. I bought the same changing table for our first couple. years and it was great. We had no problems and the table worked well so we bought it again for our second child. I'm not sure what has happened at Delta since then, but I would stay away from Delta until they either fix their packaging issues or improve customer service.
