I have chronic migraines. exhausting look. My throat is a big factor in some of the migraines I get. My neck is straight, not curved. I have neck traction devices but haven't found a good quality neck pillow yet. I have bought many, many pillows in the past. Some were so expensive and bad that they ended up in the trash after a few weeks just when I thought my body would have to get used to them. My husband also has neck pain due to his 12 hour shift. I was hesitant to purchase these pillows due to the negative reviews, the price and fear of being disappointed that I was wasting my money. again. The foam is dense, but definitely does not cause discomfort. not like rolled up towels. Gives my neck the support it never had but desperately needed. Let me tell you that we've only been using these pillows for a few nights and we can already feel the difference! The first night gave me hope. I slept like a baby. A minimum of back and forth, which I do not like. Less congestion. I can usually only sleep on one side due to poor airflow through my deviated septum. First, much less neck pain. I asked my husband how he slept. He said great. Also significantly less neck pain. Didn't help snoring, but this pillow isn't magic. I am absolutely delighted with these pillows so far. If my opinion or my husband's opinion changes on how wonderful they are I will do my best to update my review.
