Bought to replace my old Kenmore which I had for 17 years. It was such a big disappointment. Aside from being defective, it wasn't nearly as good as my old one. For example, the house doesn't rotate where it enters the canister, and there's a lot of cheap plastic on it. Because of cheap plastic, the cover over the HEPA filter keeps falling off. It fell down 3 times while cleaning the room. The floor nozzle didn't fit the nozzle properly and broke on the first use. I have this vacuum cleaner! Even though I paid $300 for it, my husband took it to Goodwill to get rid of it. The only thing that pissed me off was that he was home. Why can't we make a decent vacuum cleaner anymore?
