1 bottle was broken but the company communicated well and refunded the cost of the bottle. This is an excellent vest. I train with Nathan's camelback in preparation for the No Business 100-mile ultramarathon, but I need front-loading bottles that can be easily refilled at the aid stations. I buy so many shoes that I can't afford another expensive package. Love the lightness of these bottles on the front, they slide in and out nicely and you can close the bag and tuck them in as you drink. My Samsung phone fits in the front pocket, but my ribs hurt after about 10 miles, but the side pockets, which are fairly easy to access, have plenty of room and leave the front pocket for electrolytes, salt tablets, etc. t rigid. The two top front pockets hold pepper spray, spare batteries, gum, candy, etc. There is so much storage space in this item that I really wanted. I've packed side pockets full of 30+ mile snacks, in the back there's room for all my first aid, spare socks, women's gear, emergency blanket, extra snacks, jacket, etc. And I could still fit in a bladder of water/ice if I need it. My knife is easily balanced by one of the elastic loops on the side/front, room for trekking poles on the back, and room for a face cloth under the vest around the waist. It fits securely, nothing dangles, there are plenty of straps to adjust the size. (Just take it away or they'll flap around!) All in all, it seems great. The material isn't as high quality as my Nathan, but I hope it will last if I'm careful with the zippers. I don't like bending down to drink, so I pull out a couple of bottles to drink.
