If you're using this to keep something tiny still, it's not too bad. The internal vise inserts are very poorly made, with slots way off center. If you need it to rotate the micro drill, it's almost useless. However, if you're using it to hold a drill and rotate an object that needs a hole, it might work. Like everyone else, they are covered in an absurd amount of oil. It is not a light sheen that needs a quick wipe before use, it feels very greasy. Oil is not easily removed through deep knurling, you must work on it or use a solvent. Given that I bought them hoping to use the smallest ones for micro drilling and can't. easy task, I rate it 2 stars. It would have been 1 star but I was able to use it in other ways to get the job done and it came in handy for another quick project.
