Review on 📚 VTech 80 139500 Lil SmartTop: Interactive Learning Laptop for Kids by Michael Tarlue

LeapFrog vs VTech dispute and chose VTech for personalization. First, the screen is too dark for children (or even children). adults) to see what's going on. The sounds are good and there are many interesting features when connecting to a laptop and downloading various materials. HOWEVER, the cable is not included and is sold at Revain for $5.99, which sucks. In other words, the price is $25.98 instead of $19.99 if you don't have a cable jack. Also, there is an issue with setting the child's name. My child's name is not a typical American name. I figured this would let me enter my child's name manually, but you can only choose from what's available there. I emailed support twice (once by cable, second time by name) and NO RESPONSE from them at all. I would appreciate it better if 1) it came with a cord and 2) I could enter my baby's name manually.
