Review on Sylvania SRCD261B Portable CD Boombox With AM/FM Radio (Purple) by Kelvin Hernandez

This was a great purchase for what I needed. I was hesitant due to bad reviews stating it was only played for a few days before it broke. That wasn't true for me at all. The sound quality is not very good. It's a little tinny. However, I got around this by placing one speaker against the wall instead of having both speakers facing outwards. I'm no acoustics expert, but this seems to have worked. I use my CD player in the kitchen to listen to music while I cook dinner. I don't have fancy phones so this works for me! I recommend it. A. The lid must be opened manually, very slowly and carefully when removing or inserting a disc. It's not the one that opens with the touch of a finger.
