This band has become my favorite band in my 50+ collection. They are one of the thinnest models so I wear them when gardening etc so my tan line is very limited. This is also the band I always wear before bed. Note that the strap is slightly smaller than the listed sizes, HOWEVER, mine has stretched after a few uses. After about a month I hand washed the band. Limit water ingress to metal parts! . and air dry. I lost a little weight and everything was perfect again. Super, super comfortable to wear 24/7.
