Typical car paper organizer: two thin compartments for registration and insurance documents behind clear plastic, fastened with two Velcro points. This item meets my needs and was a repeat purchase as the clear plastic does not cloud and is thick enough that the papers will not fall out when opened and the entire wallet will hold its shape and not sag after sitting in a hot car for many years in a row. In fact, I'm still using the same wallet I bought in my current car more than ten years ago with no velcro issues! It contains papers more than ten years old as well as a strange note. Every car should have something like this as it makes organizing paperwork at the appropriate time (car sale, stop, etc.) a lot easier.
