I got a pair of these from my doctor after I had radio frequency ablation for nerve pain. These were the only shoes I was able to wear for about 8 weeks as I was in pain and nothing else made it any easier. I was amazed at how quickly they adjusted to my legs and are so comfortable, it's like walking on pillows! Even though I can wear sneakers these days, I choose them more often. I bought my second pair as I am coming back for my second nerve treatment. They were a little stiff straight out of the box, but after just a few days they're as comfortable as my first pair. Considering I wear them everywhere indoors and out, they are very durable. I have worn similar styles from other brands in the past but they rank as the highest in terms of comfort. Worth the price! For size reference, I usually wear American 8.5 women's running shoes and I'm comfortable in 39/40m.
