Review on 🔍 2-Pack Pro Tec Extended Life Filters for Humidifiers by Scott Tompkins

If you're looking for the same filters that come with the Honeywell HCM350 humidifier, I believe Honeywell are incorporating them into new devices. If not I would be surprised because they look and function exactly the same, contain the same foil reinforcement and antimicrobial treatment. Most conventional replacement filters (at least at Revain) do NOT include these features - they are just paper wicks and cost more than these Pro Tec filters for some reason! That's probably why Revain can't keep Pro Tec in stock over the winter. My advice: if you have one of the compatible humidifiers and know you need filters, buy them in the off-season when they are cheaper and available. Flip the filter every time you fill up the tank and any filter should work. some time (depending of course on the quality of your water, frequency of use, etc.). Just don't expect them to last forever. They're not cheap, but neither is your health.
