This is a great Zippo option. I noticed that the sealant not only keeps the flint from getting wet when exposed to the elements, it also seems to keep the butane from drying out if you leave it on for a while! It also pairs well with Zippo internals or other Zippo-like internals from other manufacturers (like Star, etc.). If I have one complaint, it's because part of the lighter's clasp extends beyond the base of the lighter, leaving less room for your finger to turn the flintlock when opening it. It still works well though, just a little awkward if you're used to unzipping a regular zipper and banging on a flint. If using a lanyard loop use a small string as there is less room in the lanyard than it looks at first glance, it can interfere with the lever that opens the flip cover, I have used paracord and it feels like squeezing and still working but makes the button very hard to click. I would advise in the future to take the inner strands of paracord and just use its outer nylon sheath as a lanyard.
