No coil whine/SB 2 and XPS 13 2-in-1 compatible with 7390

I used a Monoprice USB-C dock with my SB2 and recently bought an XPS 13 2-in-1 for some finishing work I do. The Monoprice was great, worked with both machines, but there was very noticeable coil noise and I tried to change cables (long plug-in dock cable (compatible with TB3 and USB C) to no avail). In my XPS purchase research, there was a lot of people talked about the coil whine that the older XPS 13s demonstrated, explaining that some components on the motherboard were probably the culprit and the only way to fix most of them was to replace the board, which prompted me to post I also decided to search the smartest group - Macbook users - to see if there was a dock they preferred. This led me to CalDigit, and until I came across this new one USB C Pro Dock stumbled, thought I'd spend a lot more My research paid off - now there's no more coil hum in my external Logitech speakers with a subwoofer attached to the heads handset jack is plugged into bay on the dock - this means any howling is amplified. I then add a 34 inch 344 x 1440 monitor connected to a Logitech Unifying adapter (more radio waves). The dock itself includes a Jabra 370 adapter for my Jabra headphones (more radio waves), as well as a Jabra Speak 710 for more audio components. The coil does not hum when connected to an XPS 13 7390 or SB2. What could be better! Charges both devices and works great! I definitely recommend CalDigit for docking stations.
