This paper will NOT fall apart!
The idea is that it can be flushed and some reviewers use it in RV toilets. It can't be washed off (at least on the first try) as it lasts a very long time, so I'm pretty sure it won't do anything positive for RV installations. I don't know about all of you, but I don't want poop to stay in the toilet long until that paper is soft enough to flush. If you're prone to splashing and don't mind wasting water on multiple flushes, then this could be for you.
