Great product. The inclusion was initially positive. Apps were helpful. I used a Samsung Gear that died after almost 4 years so it was a good transition. The bezel didn't move, but I was ready to learn it again. The problem occurred when it wasn't charging; Multiple sockets, adaptors, etc. were used and there was no sign of a connection to a power source. The return process seems easy.
