Keeping track of your water intake is much easier with this bottle. I don't like gulping down a few ounces at a time to meet my daily goal. I might consider buying another bottle so I don't have to refill twice a day. The only thing I don't like is the hard spout on the bottle. It's wide, so I have to purse my lips carefully so I don't swallow too much water. I'm only giving 4 stars because of the leakage. Update: I received my second bottle today. I was very impressed with the retractable nose. Much better than the original bottle I bought with the removable cap. Update July 2020 I just ordered another bottle. I like the detachable strap. The numbers were erased from my last bottle below where it sits in the cup holder. The rest works great! I am updating my rating to 5 stars for the improvements made over the last 3 years.
