I ordered one of these bottles and LOVE it. I'm terrible at drinking enough water so it's helped me stay on track. Unfortunately the bottom of the bottle cracked after 4 months. I'm pretty sure it cracked due to my own actions as I'm pretty tough on stuff. I commented on the rupture on the Facebook page and one of the representatives messaged me immediately. Not only did they replace my water bottle, they sent me TWO new bottles. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

Received my bottle in the mail today and am really excited to try it. The bottle itself has a wide opening so it is easy to clean and can also be used to pour water. Working with dust and chemicals a lid was a must so the fact that it has a screw top was the perfect choice for me. I had the large 50 oz. same type for over a year and is my favorite for storing lots of water easy to store or carry with you anywhere. The lid is very durable and has a nice click when you open or close it. Keeping track of your water intake is much easier with this bottle. I don't like gulping down a few ounces at a time to meet my daily goal. I might consider buying another bottle so I don't have to refill twice a day. The only thing I don't like is the hard spout on the bottle. I was very excited when this arrived as I am SUCKING at my water intake. Love the time on it and love the pen. I HATE it leaking out of part of my mouth even with the lid on.
