I was very excited when this arrived as I am SUCKING at my water intake. Love the time on it and love the pen. I HATE it leaking out of part of my mouth even with the lid on. I spilled it in my purse, in my lunch bag, in my car, on my couch, in my bed. I would not recommend buying this bottle. I plan to buy it from their sealed lid competitors. Follow up: Wow I can't believe what happened after writing this review. The CEO of this company sent me 2 new caps for my water bottle - one was the same and the other was a sealed cap with a personal letter and his email. Talk about customer service! I have to say one of the best companies to have done this. Thank you! I only have one thought - why not make all your bottles with airtight closures to begin with? Either way, fantastic customer service! I'm upgrading to 4 stars for this reason, but I still have to keep it out because the cap you get with the bottle (if they don't change it) will leak.
