you get what you pay for

necklace was great when I first received it. sturdy material. however after a month or so, the black paint on the front began peeling and flaking off.

Pros

Best item for my safety! I forget I have it on. Love it!

Cons

The necklace might be too long or short for certain neck sizes.

It is beautiful, but the heart is a little too heavy. I also wish the lettering for the alert was red and not black as I wonder if it would not get the attention of an EMT. Other than that, the engraving is very good.
