The necklace arrived promptly. It was well packaged. The necklace is very pretty and very easy to read. The chain is sturdy and should hold up to daily use for many years. My daughter is excited to wear her beautiful medical alert necklace. I am thrilled that it has enough space for all the necessary medical information. The charm is ok. Chain is super cheap and probably 16", rather than the 24" advertised. The engraving on the back conveys the message but it's not centered, looks cheap and unprofessional. Considering a return

I was a bit disappointed in this one. It doesn't appear to be the list bit pinkish in color to me. It looks like regular gold, unlike the picture on the website. Also the "engraving" on the back is just stamped on the back making me wonder how long before it wears off and is illegible. It's still pretty, but not really what I was hoping for.

Great necklace is heart shaped and looks like a normal necklace with the exception of the sign on the front which mean medical.On the back is the name of the person wearing it and their phone number and their medical history.

The charm is very heavy and solid, which I like. It’s not rose gold and neither is the chain. Within a week, it was scratched so badly! The "engraving” is more like stamped on, but works. I don’t think I would order it again.definitely not in the "rose gold” finish, because it isn’t at all pink looking like it shows in the picture. I suppose it’s good quality, just not what I expected!

Shipped directly from China & took over a month to receive! Nicely made charm with a good stainless chain.Engraving was just laser printing though, hope it holds up! Cheap bag & small medical wallet card was not really a bonus.

necklace was great when I first received it. sturdy material. however after a month or so, the black paint on the front began peeling and flaking off.

This has nickle in it and it made itch and break out in a rash. If you have a nickle allergy do not buy. It is not stainless steel. I gave it 2 stars because it's pretty.

I like the weight of this. But I started to itch and got a red, raw small lesion where the pendant laid on my skin. Very disappointed.
