Looks cool if you like to get under the car and admire it. I'm guilty of doing this
Works. Looks shiny, chrome is solid. has weight. I do not know. It's pretty cool, and the underside of your engine looks cool for those moments when you want to crawl under your car to appreciate it. The rubber washer made no sense to me, so I didn't use it. no leaks and I can finally sleep at night knowing I have a nice chrome thing under my engine.
