Review on 🚴 Front & Rear SHIMANO 105 BR-R7000 Brake Caliper Set in Black by Warrick Dembo

An absolute upgrade compared to the previous brake calipers. I decided to switch to 105s from original Shimano OEM calipers. 💯% better! this. These brakes are center mounted calipers and are center acting, meaning you brake on either side of the right and left side surfaces of the brake track in turn. This ensures a more efficient braking system and more even pad wear. Brake Levers The 105 STI shifters are also easier to shift when braking. I use them with black Swiss Stop carbon wheel brake pads and the stopping power I've gained since then has been phenomenal. Very clean and modern look. I would also like to add that there is significant clearance between the tires, which allows you to use larger tires. My bike currently has Specialized S-Works 26c road tires front and rear with plenty of clearance for those calipers.
