They are very quick to respond when you have questions or issues, they make it easy for us as small business owners with busy schedules/lives! I wish we could use them in other states too because of how well everything works together out here!! The only thing is that sometimes our contact doesn't see all emails which results into not being able get responses back until much later than expected (we're talking 1 week+). We've been using success stars since 2014 so far nothing but good things about this system - great customer service team who know what your doing even if its something minor like missing one piece from mailing list etc., always fast response time & helpful suggestions at every level possible throughtout process once implemented.
