Review on SmartNurse by Arturo Reyes

I like that you can create your own lesson plans which are tailored to each person's needs/interests as well their work environment (iPad or computer). It is also easy for nurses who have never used this product before because there isn't much of anything they need instructions about; it works great! There really aren’t any cons other than having access would be nice but we will continue searching until then ;) Overall smartnursing has been amazing so far since implementing them into our facility!! I like that there is an option to schedule the training on your own time. I don’t like that there is a limit to how many times you can log in. I would like to be able to schedule more than one training at the same time. I would like there to be more interactive components in the training. I like that it’s an interactive training. I would like to use it when I’m not at work to train my staff.
