Nice knife but not sharp.
I received many compliments on this set of knives. They look good there. The fit is good with good weight. I've been waiting for this review for 3 months. The processing is still like new. As recommended, the hand was always dry. The only criticism is that the knives are not sharp. They will need a lot of TLC to get them back to normal. I used sharpworks friends and now they are complete. The seam should hold the edge well. I'm not a professional chef, but I know the kitchen. Hope this helps someone.
