I have been in the detailing business since the late 90's. I've tried different products - Zaino, Jeff Werkstat, Blackfire, Klasse, Mothers, Meguiars, 3M, Zymol, Eagle 1, Chemical Guys, TurtleWax and the list goes on. I have better things to do these days than spend half a day maintaining my car, so my focus has changed. Essentially I want something 1. Easy to use. 2. It doesn't take several hours to attach and remove. 3. Not super expensive. I've been reading about Duragloss on various car forums for years, but have never tried it. Well I've finally made it and I'm happy to report that it meets my criteria. Like others, it's spray, wipe and go. The car can be wet or dry which is handy, it doesn't appear to streak (I worked with a black car in the shade) and leaves a nice smooth finish. Wise protection. It's hard to say since I've just started using it, but since it's so easy to use and fairly affordable, I don't see why you wouldn't "top up" after washing every month or so.
