Review on 🧁 Optimized Silicone Big Top Cupcake Bakeware by Martha Fernandez

I bought this cupcake tin for my son's first birthday. I opened the package and found that there were no instructions inside. So I emailed the seller and they never replied to me. I then called Amazon who then filed a claim and called the product rep "as seen on TV" and they told me there was NO manual you need to search google or youtube for information on how to use it. Needless to say I'm crazy! Who sells the product and does not include the user manual? As a product it works great but I think they should include a book not everyone has internet access.
