Review on MASS Engines by Colin Watkins

The team has been very responsive in our engagements for us as we have worked through many of their offerings.

They are always eager to learn more about what you need from them so that they can be best positioned to deliver your solution. I would like to see some deeper thought into how marketing automation is integrated within other areas/functions such as sales or customer support. We use MassEngines' platform across multiple departments (marketing, product development) but primarily focused around Marketing Operations where it's used by Customer Success Managers who manage campaigns at scale.
