Same quality as all other suitcase players

The quality of this player is not particularly surprising. Aside from being able to record MP3 files directly to a USB stick, this is the same as any other portable player on the market (NOTE: the volume setting for the player's built-in speakers determines the recording volume, which is not ideal). . ; if you have disabled built-in speakers, the entry remains empty). I bought this unit to replace my 8 year old 6 in 1 player which had speaker output and no RCA outputs to connect other speakers. As soon as I got this unit I immediately swapped out the stylus for a diamond tipped stylus (I recommend this for any of these cheaper players) and hooked it up to my stereo so I could hear, not through the built in speakers (they sound awful). I have yet to purchase bookshelf speakers to really get the full range of sound (my stereo is also quite old and never had much range), so I can't say at this point if it will produce the dynamic sound I'm expecting. My daughter got a portable turntable and bookshelf speakers for Christmas and it sounds fantastic so I think it will be the same. Of course, if you're a music lover, skip any of these suitcase players and opt for something higher. If you want to play your old records or get into vinyl collecting and don't have enough money for a more reliable turntable, I recommend getting one of these turntables, spare diamond-tipped pens, and bookshelf speakers with amplifiers. This is the only way to have fun listening to the suitcase player.
