Ice Ben has been using it for a few months now and I've had some improvement in my acne and my skin in general, but I can't fully explain this as Ice has also been on medication, but I can confirm from my experience to date that RLT works . and I know this lamp is no different. Red light therapy can be very expensive. I've been paying for salon visits for several months and the monthly cost of this is more than the cost of this red light therapy lamp. It works the same, only on a smaller scale. This small lamp is only suitable for small areas of your body at a time. I would not recommend them for use on a larger area of your body or on multiple body parts as it is time consuming. In addition, at least for me there was no clip in the kit. I think it would be a lot less tiring if I could clip it so I didn't have to hold it. Overall, this is a great deal and works like any other red light therapy, but I only recommend it for small areas.
