I am happy with this purchase but there are some issues.

I really like this product. The seller's website has downloadable software for RGB, but it's very unclear which version to download. I chose the "other" version as other software version serial numbers don't list my serial number and luckily it works with this board. To be honest this software might ask you to change your keyboard firmware but the warning was a bit intimidating especially when I downloaded the wrong software and keyboard firmware but it worked so I guess I dodged the bullet . Otherwise very customizable RGB via software. The worst thing about ordering this board from Amazon and not the seller's website is that if you order it in black from their website, it's fully customizable, including switch upgrades, keycaps, and board size, but if you order it from Amazon , just its brown switches and brown switches. I have a feeling they had a surplus of brown Switch versions they needed to get rid of and just dumped them on Amazon. , thought I guess if orders are over $99 on their site then shipping is free anyway so I'm not sure if this is really a problem but like I said I didn't know that before I got this keyboard . What I would improve is the position of the stabilizer numeric keypad. It comes with a switch puller, but the pins are very close together and angled, leaving very little room to get around the + sign and ENTER key. They were difficult to clip into the included switch puller to pull them out and I couldn't use my other switch puller for this task as you need a completely FLAT switch puller to fit those very small gaps. I don't know if this can be changed, but I would check. It's hot-swappable, so people are going to want to remove those switches, and heck, they need to be removed. I would also change the lack of RGB lighting when the computer is off. My old keyboard and mouse are backlit when the computer is off, and both the keyboard and mouse that are mentioned are from different companies, so it's pretty easy to say that this is basically the RGB standard among the MOST companies is, but NOT for this keyboard. Once the computer is off, the keyboard is dead. There are no lights, there is nothing, the lights themselves aren't THAT bright. If you use a keyset that does NOT have a "Transparent" icon, you only get backlit RGB light , which is not very bright. If you're using the key set that comes with the build, you'll most likely get either keycaps with transparent icons so the RGB is visible to see what the keys are saying, or you can also get pudding keycaps that have a bottom white one have base color. transparent bottom that shows a lot of RGB in addition to transparent icons. Most keycaps generally don't have RGB icons, and even the keycap sets they sell for sale on their website don't have RGB-friendly icons, although they look pretty good with gradient colors. So keep that in mind if you decide to change out the keycaps, as you can remove much of the RGB lighting that's required to make this keyboard look really cool. Learn more about keycaps. These keycaps, supplied with the board, contain information about the function keys. The board itself has several built-in RGB features that you can use WITHOUT software. Of course, you can't customize every key without software, but you can still use the function keys and press the keys you want to enter commands for the board to change colors and RGB style effects. BUT, if you buy other board adjustment caps, you no longer have those labeled buttons with labels to know what to press to do what. You will be completely in the dark. The gradient keys offered on the website they sell do not have any of the functional commands printed on the keys for these keyboards. I know this because they are on this board. The only way to know which keys perform which functions is to save or remember the original keys. The manual has two pages of function key commands to tell you which keys do what, so good luck remembering. . I hope you really like the keycaps you're looking to replace, or at least you have the software installed and can use the board as is and don't want to change the settings on the fly. If you move the card to another location and place it on another computer, you will also not have access to the saved settings. You have to use the function keys to really get all the functionality from the RGB settings, so having other keycaps on this board will be a problem. I have a mouse with a USB mini hard drive that you plug into its wifi receiver which contains all my saved settings. It might be an idea to implement them with a desire to travel and store the saved settings for your board in a new location. but I don't know if they will really be that interested. If it were for the smaller boards that people travel with more, it might be something to look at. Or if you really were an RGB fanatic who wanted your board to match no matter where you go or go. As with conventions or twitch cons etc. you may be more concerned about saving settings permanently. In any case, there is currently no way to save saved settings to your board. You can import and export your settings into the software, although there's no profile login for specific users to access storage settings on the server or anything like that. . But could you just reinstall the software on a new computer, bring a USB stick, and import your settings? Wow, just saying that seemed like more of a hassle than wanting to go through some RGB highlights, so yeah. and I was told that I don't need the light when the computer is off. OK, weird. It's nice to know that you know what I need. To be honest I only went there to find a hard yes or no answer, if it could be tweaked I didn't find one either. Most people who answered my question either ignored it or didn't have a clear yes or no as to why the light was inactive, or if there was a way to turn it on. It would be nice to know, hey, this is disabled for security reasons and to protect the keyboard from overheating, or maybe there is a way to enable it, do that. Or just NO, it's not possible, it's stuck with wired the board NOT to do this, but no, there were no responses, so don't expect much support with this keyboard. But despite my complaints it works as intended and I like a board.
