My mom has a Westinghouse ew37s5kw, she lost the remote control because that's what happens as you get older so she's really annoyed with herself. Anyway, I ordered it and told her it was coming today. She told me she couldn't get it to work so I stopped by after work to hook it up for her. I couldn't either, turns out it just doesn't work. There's a clear area in front of the remote and I assume it should light up or something if it's working, but yeah, neither of us had any luck. Hopefully I can get her one that works elsewhere, I guess you get what you pay for.
