Very satisfied, the new remote worked like clockwork. I've been looking for a replacement remote for a long time and found this supplier to be the cheapest. I would definitely recommend them and look forward to ordering from them again.

This remote control was my answer. I was thinking about buying a new TV and was wondering if there was a replacement remote. I found it and it fixed my TV problem. It worked right away. It remains only to insert the batteries and off you go.

The same remote control I had for my TV. I lost the back of my remote that held the batteries and I couldn't find anything else to hold the batteries in. The back has been done differently than on this console. It was a small piece. I ordered this remote control, put the batteries in and everything worked!

I bought 2 of these. 1. worked perfectly. Nothing to program. Insert batteries and you're done. The second time I put the batteries in and got nothing. Upon closer inspection, it turned out that one of the coils on the battery's positive terminal was flat and not touching the battery. I used a flat head screwdriver to bend it in place and it has worked flawlessly ever since.

My mom has a Westinghouse ew37s5kw, she lost the remote control because that's what happens as you get older so she's really annoyed with herself. The RMT-17 works and arrived a day early. Upon inspection, I noticed that the battery cover design has changed, and the changes appear to be positive. The one that came with the TV had a very thin lid. I only had the original remote for a few days before the clips on the lid broke. I used a remote with a glued lid, but at some point the remote stopped working. I think I will use this remote for the life of the TV. I bought this remote for the DW32H1G1 so I can switch inputs from wired to Roku. My old remote control is long gone. I put in the batteries (which I checked to be ok) and nothing. I called Westinghouse and they couldn't give me any other reason why it wasn't working other than calling my cable company. Not sure what using the cable company has to do with the TV remote.
