I bought this remote for the DW32H1G1 so I can switch inputs from wired to Roku. My old remote control is long gone. I put in the batteries (which I checked to be ok) and nothing. I called Westinghouse and they couldn't give me any other reason why it wasn't working other than calling my cable company. Not sure what using the cable company has to do with the TV remote. At the very least, he should turn on the TV he wasn't working on. The cable company couldn't help me either, they asked me to do a test to make sure the remote is ok. I pointed my smartphone camera at it and pressed the power button on the remote and the light on the end of the remote blinked, meaning this is a working remote. it just wouldn't work for me. So now I don't have the option to use Roku because my wired remote doesn't have an enter button and I have to press enter on my TV after selecting an input.
