Poor quality control

Curt has poor quality control and I'm surprised. Curt is a good trailer brand, but a complete failure. Look at the picture. One of the two opens enough to be plugged into a circuit of the same size, but the other is utterly useless for rated power work as it barely opens enough to attach to anything strong. The spring mounting hole is off-center and the spring arm is too long for the hole.
