I have changed three of these covers in the last 6 years. I put the cover on in May and take it off in September to protect the roof solely from the California sun. I don't leave it for the winter because the wind is too strong. So basically they only last 8-10 months in full sun. As seen in other review photos, the gray page material turns to tissue paper after a few months in the sun. Usually the Faure is along the front top edge where it connects to the top. Once this gap occurs, the wind picks it up and the game ends. I buy these cases because I haven't seen any others that are better and I believe it's around $200. The cost per year is better than $1,000 for a replacement rubber cover. I would like ADCO to put the tyvek on the front of the nose because that would solve the problem. Aside from this weakness, I have no other issues with fairly good coverage.
