Updated January 14, 2019 My review is still standing but these are the slippiest boots I have ever tried on snow or ice. That's dangerous. If you're going to use them indoors or on drywall they're perfect in my opinion, but they're not good for snow and ice. For the past 8 years I have avoided work shoes and have worn hiking shoes to my construction jobs. . Due to lack of funds and an inability to spend $170 on a new pair of quality hiking boots, I decided to look into work boots. As soon as I tried them I knew they would be good. They felt broken from the moment I laced them up. They may be heavier than my Asolo boots, but not by much, if anything. Certainly not flashy and definitely don't feel "chunky" like the Carolina boots I had 8 years ago. I liked them so much I bought a second pair in town. The sole is really very flexible and the insole is very comfortable. Can't say enough good things about it. I'm definitely a new fan of documents. I will update in the future as they wear out and give my estimate of durability. I've owned them for about 3 weeks at the time of writing this review.
