Although the concept is good, the execution is not satisfactory, at least not for the asking price. I received mine in a dull plastic bag and nothing but a sheet of the same size covering the mirror face. However, the finish on other surfaces is worn in some places, corners and edges. If you have hooked beaked birds, it is best to enclose the electrical cord in a metal tube. Despite protecting the cable, the USB connector at the end was already damaged and loose when it arrived. Since the parts are metal and the parts are plastic, it became weak at the joint surfaces, resulting in unstable electric current. Because the device has no switches or operating indicators, you can't tell if it's working or not unless you wait a while, touch the surface of the mirror, and feel if it's warmed up or not. However, the heat output from this unit is so small and weak that you may not be able to tell if it has even heated up! Of course, you'll have to repeat this test over and over again to make sure it's still working. Last but not least, despite this relatively high price, the product does not come with the required 5V USB transformer. There is also no manual included.
