Great Customer Success Platform: Central Metric
The team is very friendly and helpful. They are always willing to help you with anything that comes up. I have never had any issues with them. We use them for our customer success management platform. It has been great using their product. There really isn't anything I can say about it. If you are looking for a good CSM solution, this is the one to go with. Their support is top notch. They will do everything they can to make sure your experience is amazing. We were able to get our customers more engaged and increase our retention rates.

- All my reps love how well we work together as an organization! Great communication among all employees makes everyone want too stay in touch through various mediums including but not limited 2 email listserv (CSM mailing), weekly calls/check ins via phone or video conference call along w Facebook messenger which helps us keep tabs even if members aren
