You won't find a better price for a hydro trainer. Assembly was easy and the trainer was packaged very well. It's been great for me as it's winter now and I can't go outside that much to exercise. A bit noisy when driving at high speeds, but not critical. It's still quieter than a magnetic trainer. The stand is slightly uneven (or my floors are uneven) causing it to tilt/wiggle slightly, as if one table leg is shorter than the others. This is easily fixed by simply slipping something under one of the stand's legs (a folded paper towel in my case). It's not perfect, but it's functional and costs almost half of a low-end fluid trainer from a well-known brand. If you're looking for daily exercise, then get this. If you're a serious rider and want to train hard, look for a more expensive and better machine.
